We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order moves to processing or dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Cancel Your Order

1. Email us at support@infiniticart.shop with your order number and cancellation request.
2. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation within a few hours.
3. If approved, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
• Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Orders placed during flash sales or special promotions may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
